The Conference is one of many engaging events offered by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. This group with offices in USA, Norway, and Australia is dedicated to providing support and knowledge to influential figures in the hospitality industry. To this end, HSMAI serves hotel managers, employees, and property owners, supplying them with unique and innovative tools to improve their business model. Specifically, this organization helps with networking, boosting sales, revolutionizing marketing, and optimizing revenue.

To best serve members of the industry, HSMAI is an international organization with 40 chapters in the Americas. With this widespread reach, HSMAI is proud to support over 7,000 members, helping each one with the goals and challenges specific to their geographical regions and to the hospitality industry in general. With the support of groups like this, hotel managers and owners can get educated about the latest innovations in the industry while also having the opportunity to grow and expand. It is also possible to earn certifications that are recognized and honored around the world.

HSMAI sponsors a number of conferences throughout the year. Members can select conferences that best suit their needs in locations around the country and even throughout the world. Options for ongoing education and leadership include the MEET, the Adrian Awards, and the Revenue Optimization Conference.
